Onboarding New Members:

As the orchestra admin, you can set up a welcome email for all new applications, with an onboarding document that explains everything they need to know for the joining process - and it is sent automatically to the applicant as soon as they apply! After going through the joining process, simply approve them in the applicants list and they are automatically onboarded to the system for your orchestra. If for some reason the candidate is not the right fit for the position, you can add a polite reason and decline the application, which will email the applicant again with the outcome, and log the decision in the system.
